CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Approach all meetings in accordance with the highest ethical standards of professional and personal conduct.
2. Negotiate all agreements in good faith respecting the rights of all parties involved.
3. Respect the policies and regulations of those organisations with whom they deal.
4. Participate and encourage others to participate in continuing education, endeavours and opportunitiesrelated to the Conference Industry.
5. Refrain from activities that will cause damage or discredit to them, their organisation or profession.
6. Seek opportunities to increase public understanding and awareness of the Conference Industry.
7. Not use their position for personal gain or benefit to the detriment or disadvantage of their organisation and to advise their organisation of any circumstances that may appear to constitute a conflict of interest.
8. Further the mission and stated objectives of the Southern African Association for the Conference Industry. the Conference Industry.

ABOUT RIPCORD

Ripcord Promotions was established in January 1991. Over the past fifteen years, many large corporations in South Africa have utilised the services of this Professional Event Management company. Ripcord Promotions has over fifteen years in the Conference industry, managed numerous association/institute conferences (see details elsewhere). Project Management principles and skills are utilised to ensure successful management of the event. Ripcord Promotions is a member of SAACI (Southern African Association of the Conference Industry), adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Association, and is an accredited Professional Conference Organiser. <<See Association Code of Conduct in the sidebar.

Ripcord Promotions uses the Microsoft Office Professional Suite for all documentation and recordkeeping. This includes powerful Event Management Software to ensure accurate administration and record keeping.
